At times we do rate changes due to the amount of days we have available. The earlier you book you have the opportunity to gaurentee the dates you want. If you wait, there may be a possible decrease, sometimes there are and sometimes there is not. If you choose to wait, then a lot of times your dates are reserved by someone else. This is a rental business. As stated, Rates is subject to change. If pricing changes occur -increase or decrease- you are responsible to the amount qouted at booking time or on signed contract.
